RSVP by 1 September so we can plan telescope lanes. Email observatory@example.org with attendee count and whether you need an accessible parking pass.
Warm layers, closed-toe shoes, and a chair. White-headlamp modes must stay off after dusk — only red lights on the field. Binoculars are welcome; telescope slots are first-come for shared club scopes.
Check the observatory voicemail after 4 p.m. if clouds are forecast. Indoor constellation talk replaces outdoor viewing when visibility is below 30 percent.
